Xpir Data Deletion Policy
In-App Deletion
You can delete your account inside Xpir from Settings > Delete Account. The app explains what will be deleted and may ask you to sign in again for security.
What Is Deleted
When account deletion is completed, Xpir deletes your account and associated app data, including your Firebase Authentication account, Xpir profile data, saved items and expiry dates, custom categories, app settings, notification history and saved item photos stored by Xpir.
What May Remain Temporarily
Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, fraud prevention systems, security records, purchase records, or records required by law or store providers. Apple, Google, Firebase, AdMob and RevenueCat may keep records according to their own policies where they act as independent service providers or platform providers.
Web Deletion Request
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to xpirmobileapp@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Xpir account. Include the email address used for your Xpir account. For security, we may ask you to verify ownership before processing deletion.
Processing Time
In-app deletion usually starts immediately. Email deletion requests may take additional time because account ownership must be verified.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Xpir account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If Xpir+ is enabled and you purchased a subscription, cancel it through the store where you subscribed.
